3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging Cutlazz, you agree to:

4. Payments and Billing
  • All fees and payment terms will be set out in proposals, invoices, or contracts.

  • Payments must be made as specified; late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

 
5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other’s confidential information private and to use it only for the purposes of fulfilling contractual obligations. Disclosure will only occur with consent or where legally required.

 

6. Data Protection
  • Cutlazz complies with several privacy laws, such as PDPA, GDPR, and CCPA.

  • Personal and business-related data will be collected, used, and disclosed strictly for purposes necessary to deliver our services, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • You retain the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent to your personal data in accordance with PDPA. Requests may be sent to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].

  • We will retain personal data only as long as necessary for legal, business, or contractual obligations, after which it will be securely disposed of.

 
7. Cross-Border Data Transfers

11. Governing Law
